Eclipse tooling
Exadel JavaFX Studio plug-in for Eclipse. A set of plug-ins for Eclipse to help build and deploy JavaFX applications. Plug-in information and download. The plug-in is free.

Flamingo RIA framework
Integrates JavaFX with enterprise back. In particular, allows easily to connect JavaFX with Seam and Spring. Features include server-side push and off-line applications (occasionally connected applications). Flamingo information and download. Flamingo is free and open source (LGPL).

Seam Hotel Booking application which is deployed here, we also made it available for download.
