How do I create a workflow for email notifications for users expiring password?

Create an automation for expiring password in Okta Dashboard > Workflows > Automation.

I’m looking to stream records to a work flow, and have that workflow return the data, and update an attribute for all the records streamed in the original flow.

Is it possible to stream records to a helper flow and return data to the calling flow?

How do I search for users with a particular user profile field present?

We have a work anniversaries notification flow where we retrieve a list of users whose work anniversaries are today and send a Slack message notification. How can we consolidate multiple notifications into a single message?

One option is to save notifications in a table, retrieve them, combine them into a single message, and send the message. Use the List – Reduce card to combine multiple records into a single value.
