How do you upload a CSV file to Amazon AWS in Okta Workflows?

Use the AWS S3—Upload Object card to upload a CSV file.

How do I create an OAuth 2.0 connection to ServiceNow?

Okta Workflows has a ServiceNow connector that uses username and password for a connection. We don’t have a document to set up such a connection to ServiceNow. However, the steps will be similar to How to Call Spotify API from Workflows (with OAuth 2.0).

How do I list all user devices?

The List All User Devices in Workflows KB article shows how to retrieve all user devices in Okta Workflows.

How do you handle the HTTP 409 Conflict error?

Place the card that could return the 409 error inside the Error Handling—If Error card.

The following example handles the 409 error and continues running the flow. Any other error will stop the flow.

The flow stops when running with the 503 error code:
