How do you trigger a flow when a user taps “No, It’s Not Me” to an Okta Verify push notification?

Use the Okta Devices—User MFA event card to trigger a flow. Alternatively, you can set up an event hook with the user authentication.auth_via_mfa event, which is the same event the event card uses.

How do you identify inactive users in Okta?
