Office hours questions and answers

I set up a connection with Client Credentials. Will Workflows reuse the access token repeatedly, or is a new token requested for each flow invocation?

Workflows will reuse the access token while it is valid. When it expires, Workflows will attempt to renew it automatically. Learn more about the API Connector card.

Can I manage Microsoft Distribution Lists from Okta Workflows? Specifically, I want to understand how to use Workflows to trigger an Azure Automation Runbook.

If Microsoft Distribution Lists has an API, you could build a flow to call the API to manage distribution lists. Since Azure Automation Runbook is based on Microsoft PowerShell, review the Execute On-Premise PowerShell with Okta Workflows template.
