Looking for help setting up the Offboard Google Workspace users template. How do I trigger the template? I would like it to be triggered when a user’s account is deactivated.
The Offboard Google Workspace users template has several flows:
To run this template when a user is deactivated, create another flow with the Okta – User Deactivated event and call the [MAIN FLOW] Google Workspace Offboarding flow. Pass the deactivated user’s ID to the Google template flow.
