OIG Access Request Conditions

The OIG Access Request Conditions template contains flows that programmatically create a type of Okta OIG V2 Access Request condition for default apps, groups, or entitlements based on access requests.

Entra ID Configuration Export and Migration to Okta

The Entra ID Configuration Export and Migration to Okta template has the following flows:

• Exporting app configuration from Entra ID.
• Exporting Conditional Access Policies from Entra ID.
• Configuring apps in Okta based on the data exported from Entra ID.

Bookmark application management

The Bookmark Application Management template manages bookmark apps in Okta.

• Create new bookmark apps.
• Update bookmark apps.
• Deactivate bookmark apps.

Bulk convert users to lite-users

The Bulk convert users to lite-users template contains flows to automate the classification and management of Okta users as lite users.

Governance for Okta Privileged Access server resource examples

This template represents Okta Privileged Access (OPA) objects as entitlements in Okta Identity Governance (OIG) within a sample app. It shows the contents of an OPA policy as an entitlement bundle so it can then be requested in OIG Access Requests. It also shows the mapping of users to OPA policies as entitlement bundle grants so that the access can be reviewed.

This template shows you how to create Okta Identity Governance Access Certification campaigns.

Okta Identity Governance: Implement backup of OIG app entitlements with Okta Workflows

The Entitlement Management feature of Okta Identity Governance allows you to create, store, and manage application entitlements for the users in your Okta org. Entitlement Management ensures that users in an organization have the right permissions for each resource.

This template stores a copy of your entitlements to a Google Sheets document for backup purposes. You can run the flow on demand, or you can configure it to run periodically. You can monitor or troubleshoot changes to entitlements, or backup and automate responses to specific events.

Okta Realms: Generate detailed realms and realm user reports

This template generates a comprehensive report of all Okta Realms created within an Okta organization. It includes detailed information on user assignments to each Realm, providing a clear overview of user distribution and Realm configurations.
