How do I load a CSV file with deactivated users and delete the users in Workflows?

Use the How to Suspend Multiple Users from a CSV File in Workflows KB as a starting point. Then, instead of suspending a user, delete the user.

You can also use the following cards to download the CSV file:

• OneDrive – Download File
• File – Download

Another approach is to import data from a CSV file into a table. This approach skips downloading the file in a flow.
