I have a Slack connection in Okta Workflows, but Workflows doesn’t see a private channel from that Slack. Do you know why?

Check that the Slack connection you use in Okta Workflows has access to that private channel. The Slack connection you authenticated must have access to that channel.

How do you build a flow where, when certain users are added to a group, the flow triggers a password reset?

First, consider what event to use to trigger the flow.

• Setup an event to trigger a flow.
  • Okta-User Added to Group event card.

Then, consider how to reset the user’s password:

• Reset user password
  • Okta-Reset Password action.
