   Max,

   Started reading your new book Practical RichFaces yesterday…so far, very well done. Back-tracked to work the examples and I have no idea where to find the rcbook-templates.zip file that you say is available on the Apress website on page 11.

   Help! Where are the files?

   I will upload the template to my blog as well as ask the publisher to make it available.
