Learn RichFaces at CONFESS_2011 Conference in Vienna [session, workshop]

Exadel will be presenting at CONFESS (previously known as JSFDays, see note below) for the 4th consecutive year. I will be covering the newly released RichFaces 4 and teaching a full day RichFaces workshop divided into 4 mini-workshops. The workshop, is a great opportunity to learn RichFaces in just 1 day!

Exadel is also a sponsor so come by our table and say hello.

Day Time Session Type Session Name
Apr 12 2-3pm Session Ajax Applications with JSF 2 and the New RichFaces 4
Apr 14 8-10am Workshop RichFaces: Foundation
10:30-12:30pm Workshop RichFaces: Rich UI components
1:30-3:30pm Workshop RichFaces: Client-side validation
4-6pm Workshop RichFaces: Skins

There is new workshop format this year. There are numerous 2-hour mini workshops on various topics topics. The RichFaces track is also divided into 4-mini (2 hours) workshops. If you want to learn everything you need to start developing rich applications with JSF and RichFaces, I highly recommend to attend all my mini sessions. But, if you want to take the first one and maybe the third mini-session, that’s also OK. The mini-workshops will be designed so they are not dependent on the previous one.

JSFdays started out in 2008 as an annual international conference held in Vienna, Austria covering JavaServer Faces (JSF) and related technologies. The “related technologies” part has grown in importance, so the organizers figured it was time for a new name. Starting with this year’s conference running from April 12 to April 14, it will be called the Conference For Enterprise Software Solutions or CONFESS.
