A Reason to Go to Developer Conferences: Collect Feedback

I don’t remember where I read or heard it, but it stuck with me. 

One (good) reason you want to go to developer conferences is to collect feedback. It’s not to collect leads or build awareness but to collect feedback from the attendees. Imagine if 50 or 100 people stopped by your table or booth and gave feedback (positive or negative) about your product. That would be super valuable.
