How to list user’s direct reports in Okta Workflows?
This guide will teach you how to list user’s direct reports in Okta Workflows.
Listing direct reports
This guide assumes the manager ID or manager name is listed on the report’s profile in an attribute, as shown in the screenshot below:

If the direct reports have the manager ID or manager name set in their profile, you can use the Okta – List Users with Search card to find all the users with a specified manager.

The above flow shows that you can find Alicia’s direct reports by searching with the ManagerId or the Manager (name).
Testing the flow shows that Alicia has four direct reports:
