Sample flows for new orgs

Inside a new Okta org, you can add three sample flows to help you learn about Workflows:

  • Hello World (Date & Time): A basic flow that outputs the current system time. Use this to understand the relationship between triggers and actions.
  • Identify Inactive Okta Users: A scheduled flow that queries the Okta API for users who haven’t logged in recently. This flow demonstrates Workflow’s automation and reporting capabilities.
  • Get User Groups: A flow that retrieves all group memberships for a specific user ID. This flow demonstrates how to pass content between cards.
