🆕 New capabilities

Workflows version history

Okta Workflows flow editor showing a scheduled flow with three connected cards — Okta List Users with Search, List Length, and Text Compose — alongside an open Version History panel displaying a timeline of edits by Stella and Max, including added, removed, and moved changes with revert options.
Okta Workflows – Version History.

Version history in Okta Workflows is now available in Early Access. Version history provides a record of changes that were made to a flow over time. Use version history to audit changes, view execution history for specific iterations, and restore a flow to a previous state. See Workflows version history.

Import flows in Integration Builder

ISVs can now import flows into an Action’s Test Folder in their Integrator Free Plan org. This makes it easier to replicate existing flows for testing. See Test action API calls

New Execution Log Streaming event

Execution Log Streaming now records a FLOW_RATE_LIMIT event each time a flow receives a rate limit response (HTTP 429) from a third-party service.
